Where Heritage Meets the Hearth

There is a rhythm to the old Churtons building that we’ve grown to love—a legacy of clinking glasses and local laughter. On Saturday, 23rd May, we opened our doors after hours to keep that spirit alive. An evening of Prosecco & Picky Bits, where the warmth of our bakery meets the soul of a classic wine cellar was enjoyed by all!

The Experience

This isn’t a formal sit-down dinner; it’s a social grazing experience designed for the way we love to eat now. Expect an abundant spread of:

  • Hand-stretched Sourdough: Fresh from our ovens, including our signature rosemary focaccia and sea-salt breadsticks.

  • Artisan Picky Bits: Nocellara olives, honey & harissa roasted nuts, and vibrant Mediterranean dips.

  • The Sharing Platter: A curated selection of hand-carved Italian meats paired with the finest Welsh cheeses from our friends at Blas Ar Fwyd.

From the Cellar

In a nod to our home's history, we hand-picked a wine list that spans from the crisp hills of Veneto to the sun-drenched vineyards of Puglia. Whether it's a glass of chilled Prosecco Sacchetto or a bold, organic Primitivo Zensa, every pour is selected to complement the savory, salty notes of our bakery snacks.

Prefer a local brew? We’ll be pouring independent Welsh ales from Bragdy Lleu all evening.
